Timeline for reporting and processing Qualifying Life Events (QLEs)

You have 30 days to report and make allowable changes to your insurance coverage based on the qualifying life event that took place.

Any changes will be effective on the date of your qualifying life event. For example, if your baby was born on May 2, 2019 and you complete your enrollment on May 28, 2019, any changes will be retroactively applied to the date of your child’s birth.
