Timeline and process for receiving physical ID cards

Your physical ID cards should be on their way! Your carrier mails your cards to you after they process your enrollment. The cards take around 7-14 business days to arrive after you complete enrollment.

Haven’t received your physical ID cards yet?

If more than 14 business days have passed since you completed your enrollment:

  • Check your address on file with League: Your current address may be different than the address listed with your insurance carrier. Check if your League profile has an old address, or if important information is missing (like your apartment number).

  • Request new cards: Your cards may have gotten lost in the mail, but you can ask your carrier to send new cards.

    You can request new cards by calling your carrier, or logging in to your carrier’s web portal or app.

  • Get temporary ID cards: Did you request new physical cards, but need them right away? You can log in to your carrier’s web portal or app and request temporary cards. You'll receive a PDF file with the information you need to provide your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
