Your Apple Watch syncs data with Apple Health, and Apple Health then sends the data to your League account. First check if your Apple Watch and Apple Health show the same data. If your Apple Watch shows different data than Apple Health, make sure your Apple Watch is set to the highest priority in Apple Health.
